I've worked across many industries including healthcare, hospitality, logistics, and industrial tech. Which means designing for environments where people need to make decisions quickly and systems need to work reliably. Most recently, I worked on HMI UX for industrial machines used in pharmaceutical and food packaging, creating standards for data visualization and machine-state communication across multiple interfaces.

Before moving into UX, I worked in online marketing. That's where my interest in behaviour and decision-making actually started: not what people say they'll do, but what they do under real conditions. That's still the question I design around.
